We require 2 working days (48 Working HOURS) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

The Dental Practice Holds the right to Deregister you as an NHS Patient if:

• You Fail to attend an appointment.
• You Cancel 2 Appointments consecutively.
• You give shorter notice which is less than 48 working hours to cancel an appointment.
• A £25 fee per 30-minute appointment will be charged for missed private appointments or appointments cancelled on the same day.
• Please note that we no longer send text message reminders for appointments. We kindly ask patients to make a note of their appointment date and time when booking.
